​So close  I could have touched them. This little guy was walking past with his family. The pride had just woken up from a late afternoon snooze. Deciding to stop and sit for a while he was just as interested in us as I was in him and his family.  As the sun was setting the matriarch, leading her entire pride, passed our jeep, swaggering into the savannah behind us. Surreal!
