Delivery Timeframes
Orders are shipped within 5 business days from the date of your order.
For Australian orders:
Delivery will be completed within 14 days (2 weeks) from the date of your order.
For International orders:
Delivery time will vary depending on your country and local customs processing.
You will receive tracking details once your artwork ships so you can follow its progress.
International Orders (Including United States Buyers)
All international orders, including shipments to the United States, may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the buyer.
As an Australian-based business, we do not collect or remit sales tax or VAT for international orders at the point of sale. The importing country’s customs authorities will assess any applicable duties or taxes, and these will typically be payable before delivery.
For customers in the United States, this means sales tax is not charged at checkout. Any import-related charges, if applicable, will be processed by US customs and the shipping carrier at the time of entry.

How is the artwork shipped?
The artwork is bubble wrapped and shipped in custom made, double wall cardboard packaging using a courier service.
All work is insured against loss or damage.
How can I track my order?
You will be emailed your tracking number when your order has been dispatched.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Each artwork is custom printed and carefully prepared to order. As such, all purchases are considered final.
However, in the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged or defective, we will replace the piece at no additional cost to you. To be eligible for a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the damage and original packaging.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect selections, as each piece is printed and framed based on your order specifications.
