In a blaze of crimson and citrus, two lorikeets dive into ripened fruit, their vibrant forms entangled in branches ablaze with sun. The image pulses with energy—abstract, raw, and alive. Leaves become flame, fruit becomes fire, and the orchard becomes a fever dream of colour and hunger.

Wild Heat is a study in intensity. It forgoes softness in favour of momentum, casting the scene in high contrast and graphic form. This isn’t nature observed—it’s nature felt, with every edge pushed to the brink of surreal. The plum tree surrenders to the birds as if overwhelmed by their presence—yielding to appetite, chaos, and light.
